Rewarding your contribution

At Bibby Financial Services, we recognise the contribution that our colleagues make to our business, and we always aim to put them first in everything we do. That is why our reward and benefits offering is fair and competitive for everyone.


We know that your pay should reflect the work you do and the contribution you make to our business. You will receive this in two ways:
  • Base Salary: we offer competitive base salaries with pay progression in our annual pay review based on performance
  • Variable Pay: our variable pay and incentive plans mean our colleagues are appropriately rewarded for their hard work and commitment


Core and flexible benefits

We have some core benefits which we offer all of our colleagues, such as minimum 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), private medical cover, death in service benefit and a pension scheme that matches 5% of your earnings, if you contribute a minimum of 4%. View vacancies

Career progression

We have a commitment to promote from within and provide opportunities to all employees who wish to build a career to move onwards and upwards within our Group. This is no more evident than in our management team all who have been promoted into their roles from their previous roles.
